As a therapist, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control of your life. I use tailored treatment strategies to meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the strength and resilience to grow. I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, integrating them in a way that fits your unique needs and goals.
I’ve worked closely with individuals facing major life transitions and those experiencing crisis, and I understand how important it is to have a supportive ally along the way. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, encouraging space where you can explore challenges and build confidence in your own abilities.
Outside of therapy, I love tending to my plants, exploring nature through hiking, and being active in social justice gatherings and protests. I’m a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and for individuals living with chronic pain and disabilities.I
