I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Practical Nurse. I graduated from the University of Southern California School of Social Work with an emphasis in children, youth & families. I currently work with the LGBTQ+ community, providing gender-affirming support for transgender & non-binary individuals. I also work with individuals experiencing new and/or chronic medical conditions and illnesses.

My approach is straight-forward, empowering, informative, and supportive. My practice draws upon interventions rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths-based, solution-focused brief therapy and reality therapy. My goal, as a therapist, is to help you learn to love yourself and live your most empowered "best life." My approach is direct, straight-forward, kind and supportive.
