Maddison Meijome MSW, LICSWA

"I take on your goals as my own and trust that you will ultimately reach your potential."
Maddison Meijome studied at BYU and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Marriage and Family Studies. After spending some working years mostly in education, she went on to earn a Master's of Social Work from Louisiana State University. She has since worked mostly with teens and women, assessing their needs and desires for healing, and helping them work through anything from everyday to unique struggles. She works most often with clients who have ADHD, OCD, Social Anxiety, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, but believes in the power in learning and growing and is willing to work with anyone looking for help.
Maddison's clinical philosophy is to meet clients where they are and to empower them to solve their life struggles using psychoeducation, empirically evident tools, and compassion. She takes on her client's goals as her own and trusts that the client will ultimately reach their potential. She often utilizes CBT and DBT as well as family systems theory, attachment theory, and up to date research on brain development in her practice.
