Sara Robinson, Master-level Intern

I am currently in the final year of my graduate program at Montana State University Billings for Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. I also hold an active license in Washington as a Substance Use Disorder Professional. I have experience in providing counseling to both adults and adolescents.
My therapeutic approach consists of a blend between dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy.
My goal as a counselor is to help clients build skills and gain tools to help them be successful through every stage of life and see each obstacle as an opportunity for growth and resilience.
When I am not at work, school, or my internship site, I can usually be found tackling some home improvement project at my home or playing outside with my dogs.
