Sara Robinson, SUDP, LMHCA

I am a licensed mental health counselor associate. I also hold an active license in Washington as a Substance Use Disorder Professional. I have experience in providing counseling to adults, adolescents, and children.

My therapeutic approach consists of a blend between dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and person-centered therapy.

My goal as a counselor is to help clients build skills and gain tools to help them be successful through every stage of life and see each obstacle as an opportunity for growth and resilience.

When I am not at work, I can usually be found tackling some home improvement project at my home or playing outside with my dogs.
