I am a licensed therapist (LMHC), A Washington approved supervisor, and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C). I specialize in perinatal mental health, pregnancy and infant loss, and trauma.

As a counselor and clinical supervisor, I love to help people. I have worked mostly with different kinds of trauma. I am EMDR certified and have experience with domestic violence, sexual assault, car accidents, surviving life threatening illness and developmental trauma.
