I am a Licensed therapist (LMHC), a WA approved supervisor, and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) in Spokane, Washington.  I specialize in perinatal mental health and trauma.

My passion lies in helping individuals overcome trauma and its effects, utilizing specialized techniques like EMDR. With a strong background in working with adolescents, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space for them to navigate life's challenges.

Della can be seen around the office and especially in Shay Gladwin's office. She is a 6-year-old Irish Setter-Poodle mix. She is a sensitive soul and connects deeply with those around her.

I specialize in working with adolescents/teenagers, and adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, eating disorders, and body image issues. I have an extensive background in working with body-mind connections to help issues related to trauma, eating disorders, and other maladaptive behavior patterns.
