Serena Foster, LMHCA
Growing up as a student athlete, I learned early on what it means to push through challenges, lean on a team, and discover what you're truly capable of. Those experiences shape the way I show up for every client — with belief in your strength, curiosity about your story, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside you.
I hold a Master's degree from Gonzaga University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). I work with teens, young adults, and adults, and I am passionate about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported — no matter where you are in your journey.
My approach is rooted in person-centered care, guided by empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for your unique experience. Together, we'll explore your strengths, uncover what matters most to you, and work toward the goals that feel meaningful to you. I am honored to be a part of your story and can't wait to see what you're capable of.
