Kiah Siegel, MS, LMHC, LPCC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) and approved counseling supervisor in Washington state. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Masters of Science in Psychology. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT+) and use elements of other evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice. Additionally, I have a passion for the arts and often incorporate drama therapy and other creative arts techniques into the work I do. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life transitions.

I believe that long-term positive change comes from within you. I am passionate about affirming the experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I'm dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and self-compassion in the work we do together. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where your unique culture, identity, and worldview are considered and validated. My goal is to empower my clients to navigate life's complexities and build the skills needed to live healthier, happier lives.

"I believe that long-term positive change comes from within you."
