I am currently receiving my master's degree for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Providence, and I obtained my bachelor's in Developmental Psychology at Eastern State University. I currently hold an agency affiliated license as a Mental Health Counselor and have experience working with multiple demographics

I am a licensed mental health counselor and a perinatal mental health specialist. I specialize in working with adults and the perinatal population who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and self esteem issues

I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) and approved counseling supervisor in Washington state. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Masters of Science in Psychology. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT+) and use elements of other evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with specialized training in EMDR therapy, I help my clients work through traumatic events in order to achieve mental wellness and healing. My expertise in this modality ensures that I can assist clients in addressing the root causes of their emotional distress and lead them towards healthier, more balanced lives

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LSWAIC). I specialize in working with children, teens, adolescents and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I have training in EMDR, CBT, and DBT.

As a counselor and clinical supervisor, I love to help people. I have worked mostly with different kinds of trauma. I am EMDR certified and have experience with domestic violence, sexual assault, car accidents, surviving life threatening illness and developmental trauma.

I am a licensed mental health counselor associate. I also hold an active license in Washington as a Substance Use Disorder Professional. I have experience in providing counseling to both adults and adolescents.

Shay is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR therapist. She and her dog Della work as a team. Shay specializes in trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, body image issues, and OCD.

Rachel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She specializes in perinatal mental health, infertility, and relationships. Rachel utilizes Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
