Starting Pay: $35-$60 an hour (depending on experience and licensure level)

Financial Stability: Enjoy the security of a W-2 position, ensuring payment for your time, even in the case of client no-shows or late cancellations. You are paid the same regardless if our practice gets paid or not. You will consistently be paid every two weeks. We also pay an admin rate for writing notes and treatment plans.

Flexibility: Set your own schedule with flexibility in work hours and the number of clients seen per week (as long as you meet the minimum required for full or part-time).

Job Description:
​
Working as part of our team, you’ll use your training and skills to provide evidence-based care for a variety of mental health issues (including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc). In addition to client care, you’ll have opportunities to expand clinical skills through continuing education and supervision.
​
Responsibilities include:

Conducting outpatient individual therapy

Effectively managing a case load
-
Completing treatment plans and case notes in a timely manner (48 hrs for case notes post-session)

Attending training ( Stipends available for trainings)

Attending supervision with onsite supervisor (if associate counselor )

Completing Assessments

Seeing a minimum of 15+ scheduled clients per week for part time or 25+ for full time
Required Experience:
-
Master's degree in mental health related field
-
A current associate license and/or fully licensed (LMHC)

Proficient Computer skills
Preferred Experience or Interests:
-
Experience working with postpartum mothers and families (or interest and ability/ willingness to complete training in this area)

Experience treating trauma or PTSD. Preferred training in EMDR or Trauma-Focused CBT

Experience with children (ages 10 and up) and teens
