Every FRIDAY  from 9:00 am to 10:00 am (Starting Sep 13th)

ONLINE! You will be sent a link for this group 10 minutes before the appointment starts

Our Online Postpartum Support Group is a 5-week program designed for moms across Washington state. Join us every FRIDAY at 9 AM for a supportive and understanding space where you can share experiences, gain insights, and connect with others navigating the postpartum journey. This time-limited group offers a focused and safe environment to explore your feelings and challenges during this important time.

Online Postpartum Therapy Group

Sessions take place every Friday at 9:00 am from September 13th to October 11th. This is a time limited series.

Location: ONLINE ( you will receive a video link 10 minutes before the appointment starts).
