Service Description
Our Mommy and Me Support Group is dedicated to fostering mental wellness, providing psychoeducation, and nurturing the bonds between mothers and their little ones in the postpartum period (0-24 months after giving birth). Our goal is to provide a safe space for moms to grow and gain valuable skills to manage mental wellness . We delve into crucial topics such as postpartum mental health, self-care, physical wellness and coping strategies, as well as practical tools. Our group offers a unique opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and shared experiences. This group is different than a support group- it is a mental health group run by qualified licensed therapist. Not only will you find support and camaraderie with other mothers, but also gain valuable coping skills. All participants will receive a workbook to use in and outside of the group. Babies are welcome! This is an insurance covered visit. If you have commercial insurance, you may be subject to a copay. For state insurance, this is covered at 100% After you sign up watch your email for a message from us. This will be your client portal. You will pay for services, enter insurance info, and sign consent forms. If you do not get this within 24 hours, please email us at info@thespokanecounselor.com.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can offer available spots to other participants, please cancel your attendance at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
