Bre earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work and Addiction Studies in 2019 and has worked in a variety of mental health settings. She is especially passionate about supporting first responder and military populations, as well as individuals navigating ADHD, eating disorders, complex trauma, post-traumatic stress, burnout, grief, depression, and anxiety.

Her therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply connected. Bre takes a relational and sometimes playful approach, often incorporating art, movement, music, sound, and imagination into her sessions. She values the inherent wisdom and resilience each client brings, and works from a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective.

Bre draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She affirms and supports the identities and experiences of LGBTQ+ clients, and is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment for all.
