Hi! I’m Deb. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate and a postpartum doula. I have experience primarily working with children and adolescents and specialize working with a postpartum and perinatal population who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I earned my Masters in mental health counseling from Eastern Washington University in 2020 and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from James Madison University in 2016. I primary therapeutic approach (or lens) consists of person-centered therapy and attachment theory. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My primary goal for my clients is to provide a safe, secure, nonjudgmental environment for them to be able to explore their needs and goals, gain tools, build confidence, and develop a sense of self and growth. I find it to be a privilege to be in these vulnerable spaces with my clients and am eager to come along in your own journey!"
