Kiah Siegel, MS, LMHC, LPCC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) and approved counseling supervisor in Washington state. Additionally, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Masters of Science in Psychology. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), PRT (Pain Reprocessing Therapy), certified in CBT+ (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) , and use elements of other evidence based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life transitions.

I have a deep understanding of the impact that chronic pain and other illnesses can have in day-to-day life, and the barriers they can create to the belief that healing is possible. I recognize that these experiences often overlap with and can exacerbate other symptoms, and I take a holistic (mind and body) approach when working with these co-existing conditions.

I believe that long-term positive change comes from within you. I am passionate about affirming the experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I'm dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and self-compassion in the work we do together. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where your unique culture, identity, and worldview are considered and validated. My goal is to empower my clients to navigate life's complexities and build the skills needed to live healthier, happier lives.
