Mommy and Me: Postpartum therapy group

Our Mommy and Me Support Group is dedicated to fostering mental wellness, providing psychoeducation, and nurturing the bonds between mothers and their little ones. Our goal is to provide a safe space for moms to grow and gain valuable skills to manage mental wellness . We delve into crucial topics such as postpartum mental health, self-care, physical wellness and coping strategies, as well as practical tools. Our group offers a unique opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and shared experiences.  Babies are welcome up to 2 years of age.  This is a continuous group. Insurance DOES cover this service but you may be subject to paying for a copay (no copay if you have state insurance). Our cash rate is $25 per drop in if you do not use insurance.
