Our Mommy and Me Support Group is dedicated to fostering mental wellness, providing psychoeducation, and nurturing the bonds between mothers and their little ones. Our goal is to provide a safe space for moms to grow and gain valuable skills to manage mental wellness .

About the event
Our Mommy and Me Support Group is dedicated to fostering mental wellness, providing psychoeducation, and nurturing the bonds between mothers and their little ones. Our goal is to provide a safe space for moms to grow and gain valuable skills to manage mental wellness . We delve into crucial topics such as postpartum mental health, self-care, physical wellness and coping strategies, as well as practical tools. Our group offers a unique opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and shared experiences. Â Babies are welcome up to 2 years of age. Â This is a continuous group. Insurance DOES cover this service but you may be subject to paying for a copay (no copay if you have state insurance). Our cash rate is $25 per drop in if you do not use insurance.Â

Mommy and me Group
This postpartum therapy group is run by a mental health counselor at our North office. The sessions will take place starting Monday, Sep 23rd at 10:30 am. You do not have to attend all group sessions, but you do need to let us know if you plan on skipping (so that someone else may take the spot for the week). Office address: 9921 N Nevada Street, suite 103. You will be sent a form through our patient portal to input your insurance information and to sign consent forms after you register.

Online Postpartum Support
Online postpartum therapy and support group. This is run by a licensed therapist. This group is a weekly group with 5 sessions. You will be signed up through our patient portal so that you will get a group link weekly to join the session.
